Gary has been representing Northwestern Mutual since 1991. After completing his education at Penn State University, he re-located to Wilmington, DE. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Retirement Income Certified Professional designations.

He also holds his Life, Accident and Health Insurance license as well as his Series 6 and 63 licenses. Gary is dedicated to understanding each clients’ unique needs and is committed to helping them build long-term financial security.

Harry began his career in financial planning in 2007. Harry is a Wealth Management Advisor with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company and Co-Founded Serviam Financial.

Harry is an Insurance Agent with Northwestern Mutual and a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining securities Series 6, 7, and 63 registrations and his Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living, and Wealth Management Certified Professional designations.

Harry graduated from St. Joseph's University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management. He lives in Wilmington, Delaware with his wife Jenna, and his children Mila and Nico. Harry is an active parent, and really enjoys quality family time. In his spare time, he also enjoys running and gardening.

Dave Hilton began his career as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual in 2011 and joined the Serviam Financial team in 2022. He holds his Life, Accident and Health insurance license as well as his Series 6 and 63 registrations.

Starting with Northwestern Mutual as an intern, Dave grew a passion for building relationships with clients, working with individuals and families to create plans to achieve their goals and objectives. After graduating from Cornell University, he joined Northwestern Mutual’s New York City office full-time before returning to Philadelphia in 2014. Since then, Dave has continued to grow his practice in providing meaningful solutions so clients can enjoy their life now and have confidence in their financial security in the future.

Dave serves on the Board of Trustees of the Gesu School and the SquashSmarts Junior Board. 

When he’s not working with clients, Dave enjoys running, playing squash and the occasional round of golf. He and his wife, Sara, reside in Center City, Philadelphia.

James is a Temple University graduate and joined Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative in 2017. He holds his Life, Accident and Health Insurance license as well as his Series 6 and 63 licenses.

A dedicated advisor with a passion for lifelong learning, James believes in building enduring relationships with each client so that he can help find the right solutions for their personal, family, or business needs. His ultimate goal is to provide expert guidance to clients for a lifetime of financial security.

Mary joined our team in 2014. She is a Temple University graduate and lives in the Greater Philadelphia area. Mary currently oversees all insurance operations including the application and underwriting process and ongoing policy management. She holds her Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.

Prior to joining us, she worked at Sunrise Senior Living for eight years. By working in an assisted living facility, Mary gained the knowledge and experience she needed to provide valuable insight into the insurance industry.

Justin joined the Serviam Financial team in 2021.  Prior to this, he worked in our Philadelphia office as a Financial Planning Specialist and received extensive training with investment operations. He will be responsible for the day-to-day investment operations including the onboarding, trading, and servicing needs of all brokerage and advisory clients.  He is a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining his Series 7 and 63 registrations as well as his Life, Accident, and Health insurance license. Justin’s enthusiasm for learning and dedication to clients make him a great asset to our team.  Justin received a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Delaware.

Evan joined our team in 2021.  Evan is a Villanova University graduate with a B.S. in Astronomy and Astrophysics with a minor in Business.  He is passionate about all things numbers, and works diligently to create personalized plans to achieve optimal results for our clients.  Evan holds his Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.

His goal is to solve the equation of financial stability for clients.  To quote the renowned physicist Robert Goddard: "It is difficult to say what is impossible, for the dream of yesterday is the hope of today and reality of tomorrow."

Jonique joined our team in 2021. He holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. He is a reservist in the United States Air Force where he specializes in logistics administration, education, and training. As a New Business Coordinator, Jonique will support both the insurance and investment departments. He will ensure the communication and coordination of efforts across both departments, and streamline the onboarding process.
