Gary has been representing Northwestern Mutual since 1991. After completing his education at Penn State University, he re-located to Wilmington, DE.

Gary is dedicated to understanding each clients’ unique needs and is committed to helping them build long-term financial security.

He is married to Debbi and lives in Wilmington, Delaware. When he’s not working, Gary enjoys working with his hands (gardening and making cornhole boards), fishing and exercise. His ideal boondoggle is to charter a boat for some offshore fishing.

Harry began his career in financial planning in 2007. Harry is a Wealth Management Advisor with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company and Co-Founded Serviam Financial.

Harry is an Insurance Agent with Northwestern Mutual and a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining securities Series 6, 7, and 63 registrations and his Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living, and Wealth Management Certified Professional designations.

Harry graduated from St. Joseph's University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management. He lives in Wilmington, Delaware with his wife Jenna, and his children Mila and Nico. Harry is an active parent, and really enjoys quality family time. When he is not coaching softball or baseball he is either fishing, running, or gardening.

Dave Hilton began his career as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual in 2011 and joined the Serviam Financial team in 2022. He holds his Life, Accident and Health insurance license as well as his Series 6 and 63 registrations.

Starting with Northwestern Mutual as an intern, Dave grew a passion for building relationships with clients, working with individuals and families to create plans to achieve their goals and objectives. After graduating from Cornell University, he joined Northwestern Mutual’s New York City office full-time before returning to Philadelphia in 2014. Since then, Dave has continued to grow his practice in providing meaningful solutions so clients can enjoy their life now and have confidence in their financial security in the future.

Dave serves on the Board of Trustees of the Gesu School and the SquashSmarts Junior Board.

When he’s not working with clients, Dave enjoys running, playing squash and the occasional round of golf. He and his wife, Sara, reside in Center City, Philadelphia.

James began his career as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual in 2017 and joined the Serviam Financial team in 2021. He holds his Life, Accident and Health Insurance license as well as his Series 7, Series 6 and 63 licenses.

A dedicated advisor with a passion for lifelong learning, James believes in building enduring relationships with each client so that he can help find the right solutions for their personal, family, or business needs. His ultimate goal is to provide expert guidance to clients for a lifetime of financial security.

James graduated from Temple University where he earned his B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics. When he’s not working with clients, James enjoys the outdoors, mountain biking, and spending time with his Fiancé Jess.

Mary joined our team in 2014. Prior to that, she worked at Sunrise Senior Living for 8 years, where she held several roles that sharpened her organizational, administrative, and customer service skills. In her current role as the Director of Insurance Operations, she oversees the application and underwriting processes and ongoing policy service. She ensures that there are seamless procedures in place that provide the best quality of service to each client. This past April, the team got together in the city to celebrate her 10th anniversary. She holds a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.

Born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area, she graduated from Temple University with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education. In her free time, she enjoys running and walking in her neighborhood and spending time with her family, undoubtedly watching Philadelphia sports. She loves to travel and is always thinking about where she wants to go next!

Justin joined the Serviam Financial team in 2021. Previously, he served as a Financial Planning Specialist in our Philadelphia office, where he underwent extensive training in investment operations.

As Director of Investment Operations with Serviam Financial, Justin oversees the day-to-day investment operations. He works directly with clients and is responsible for account maintenance, onboarding, asset movement, and trading. As a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC, he upholds his Series 7 and 63 registrations. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst professional (CIMA®) and maintains his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.

Justin is currently pursuing an MBA at Kellogg School of Management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Delaware. He enjoys exploring global ski locations and spending time with his family down the shore.

Michele Rizzo joined our team in 2023. Prior to that, she directly supported the Chief Medical Officer and Clinical Services team at a large health Insurance company. Michele has been able to successfully apply the skills and knowledge from her tenure in health insurance industry to her current role with Serviam Financial. Michele enjoys being part of a dedicated team that strives to meet the individual needs of each client. She holds a Life, Accident and Health Insurance License.

Michele lives in Wilmington, Delaware and loves spending time at the beach with her husband and four grown children.

Debbi Giles began working as an Executive Assistant with Serviam Financial in 2023. She works primarily with Gary Bradford’s practice. Prior to working in this capacity, Debbi taught school for 27 years in both PA and DE. Although she misses the students, she enjoys being part of the Serviam Financial team and welcomes the opportunity to connect with Gary’s clients.

Debbi is a mother to three grown children and two little dogs and spends her free time traveling with her husband.

Dylan joined Serviam Financial in 2024 as an Associate Financial Representative. After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University, he joined Equitable Advisors, where he directly assisted clients in educating and constructing holistic financial plans tailored to their retirement needs. Now, as an Associate Financial Representative at Serviam Financial, Dylan continues to collaborate with clients, crafting personalized financial plans and providing support in account maintenance, onboarding, and asset movement.

As a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC, Dylan holds his Series 7 and 66 registrations along with his Life, Accident and Health Insurance License.

Outside of work, Dylan is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending Philadelphia sporting events, and participating in a variety of activities and sports.
